My soccer shoes are smelly,
like a horse's hide.
And if you don't know what that smells like

It STINKS!
That's no lie. My soccer shoes are wet,
Sweat and morning dew
Decorate my shoes
And make them feel like glue!

My soccer shoes are muddy
From the time I took that slide
Boy was it nasty
And now I need some Tide.

Inside my wet and smelly shoes
Lies all my soccer reason
All my goals and best of times
My team, my coach, my season.
